What is Markerless Motion Capture?

Why does XView use two cameras?
Because a golf swing happens in three dimensions. While a single camera can provide valuable analysis, synchronized Face-On and Down-the-Line cameras provide significantly more spatial information for true 3D reconstruction. At IdeasLab, we prioritize measurement accuracy over convenience.
Why doesn't XView use only one camera?
We believe more accurate data leads to better coaching. A single camera is convenient, but it cannot directly observe depth. Two synchronized cameras allow our computer vision models to reconstruct movement more accurately in three-dimensional space.
